要感覺舒服的睡覺

To feel comfortable sleep
心智的清靜就是要沉澱

The peace and quiet of the mind is to be precipitated.
每天事務繁忙就在晚上給它沉澱..

Daily busy in business give it precipitated at night.
腦裡混沌,雜亂是沉澱必經的過程
