道常無為而無不為。
Tao often doing nothing and everything.
侯王若能守之， If Kings keep it,
萬物將自化。化而欲作，
Everything will be self-transformation. Doing as you wish!!!
吾將鎮之以無名之樸。
I will govern by nameless simplicity.
無名之樸，夫亦將無欲。
Nameless simplicity will be no desire.
不欲以靜，No desire will be quiet,
天下將自定。the world will be self-government
